One ride got me to the first police post on the M-53 just outside Khabarovsk direction Vladivostok.
The nature in this area has a different look&feel, different vegetation and lots of small jaunty hills called 'sopki', a local word.
At the next police post near Viazemski, the police was actively checking papers of all freshly purchased japanese right-wheeled cars moving in considerate numbers from Vladivostok to Siberia.

A friendly guy named Victor, who took me to Bikin, took my photo underway.
Victor himself. He worked as a guard on railway stations and told me some interestings facts about the area.
His car with an advertisement for a japanese love-magazine.
